Perfect for up to 12 guests, this spacious, fully equipped villa features 6 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Outside, enjoy a friendly barbecue and a pétanque court for relaxing moments. Explore the charming surroundings: La Roche-Bernard, Billiers, Pénestin, Damgan, Branféré Zoo, Vannes. Experience a welcoming villa designed for your comfort and relaxation. The bright living and dining area, with a large wooden table and spacious sofa, includes a TV and Wi-Fi. It opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a lounge area with a sofa, TV, game console, and board games provides a special space for children. The indoor pool, heated to 28°C, is accessible year-round, with swim belts and noodles available for all ages. The bedrooms are ideally distributed, with 2 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. An extra bathroom with a shower is located next to the pool. Outdoors, a large table invites you to enjoy meals in the open air, complemented by a barbecue for your grills. The pétanque court promises fun, while the fully enclosed property ensures safety and peace of mind, especially for children. For added convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is at your disposal. Families will also appreciate the high chair and travel cot provided for little ones (on request).
